Booking Terms & Conditions

Shipping / Transportation. Crackers are delivered to your nearest transport hub. Transportation charges are extra. Transit insurance and Octroi charges are extra. Goods cannot be sent through courier. Shipping of goods depends solely on the transporter.

Delivery time. Tamil Nadu — 3 days. Pondicherry and Karnataka — 6 days.

Minimum booking value. Rs. 3,000.

Modification terms. Due to the nature of the fireworks industry, the products are subject to modification. If the items you ordered are not available at the time of billing or packing, some other product of the same or more value will be sent instead of the unavailable item.

Other terms. E. & O.E. By placing an order you agree that you are 18 years of age or above. Prices are inclusive of 18% GST. Subject to Sivakasi jurisdiction.

Q- How to I Cancelled order?

There will be no cancellation for successful transcation. For refunds or failure transactions,please write to gnanaprakash48@gmail.com with the transaction details.

Q- How to I get my refunds?

Refunds shall be initiated only for failed transactions. The payment shall be refunded with in 10 working days from the date of transaction.
